About the Role
Implement and optimize boundary scan, MBIST, test logic insertion, and JTAG solutions; develop scan ATPG and compression methodologies; conduct DFT and post-gate simulations; generate testing constraints and patterns; use EDA tools such as Tessent; collaborate on ATE debugging; and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Genus or Design Compiler
- Experience creating test plans and strategies with designers
- Experience with DFT insertion
- Ability to resolve DFT-related timing or congestion challenges
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize boundary scan, MBIST, test logic insertion, and JTAG solutions
- Develop and validate scan ATPG and compression methodologies
- Conduct DFT and post-gate simulation processes
- Generate DFT constraints
- Deliver test patterns
- Collaborate with the test team on ATE debugging
- Use Tessent and other EDA tools
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
