About the Role
Design, build, and operate resilient cloud infrastructure for blockchain validators. Create automation tooling to deploy, monitor, and scale validator fleets; research blockchain networks and upstream codebases; implement infrastructure as code, monitoring, security practices, and operational documentation; troubleshoot incidents; optimize cost and reliability; and maintain secure, auditable systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with AWS or GCP
- 2+ years of coding experience in Node.js, Python, or Go
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and application deployment tools
- Proficiency with bash scripting and Linux commands
- Understanding of essential security practices for servers and networks
- Interest in blockchain
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn current DevOps and systems architecture trends
- Startup mindset, ownership, and sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment
Responsibilities
- Design resilient and secure cloud infrastructure for blockchain validators
- Build, provision, and manage infrastructure using infrastructure as code
- Automate validator deployment, monitoring, and recovery processes
- Write scripts and tools in Node.js, Python, Go, or bash
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for production systems
- Apply security best practices for servers, networks, and deployments
- Document operational procedures, runbooks, and incident responses
- Research blockchain network upgrades and maintain compatibility
- Scale management tools and processes across multiple networks
- Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability
