About the Role

You will build and operate an AI-first CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce and custom internal applications. You will define agentic, human-in-the-loop, and AI-assisted release paths; implement approvals, safeguards, observability, secrets management, rollbacks, and audit evidence; and improve the pipeline with engineers.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines, including branching, merge gating, and rollback
• Experience with Salesforce deployment mechanics or a comparable enterprise platform
• Experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows
• Knowledge of blast radius, sandboxing, permissions, and automated-change failure handling
• Experience with GitHub Actions or a comparable CI system, infrastructure as code, and scripting
• Ability to write and defend design documents

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and custom applications
• Define release classification, routing, gates, and escalation across agentic and human review lanes
• Build and sandbox agent operations with appropriate tools and permissions
• Implement approval workflows for pull request review and business sign-off
• Own environment strategy, secrets handling, deployment observability, kill switches, and rollbacks
• Produce SOX audit trails and change evidence
• Measure pipeline lead time, failure rate, lane usage, and automation opportunities
• Pair with engineers and improve pipeline defaults
