About the Role
You will analyze requirements, design and build full-stack financial software, integrations, APIs, and data-migration workflows. You will maintain code quality through testing and reviews, resolve technical issues, mentor developers, and lead delivery work when required.
Requirements
- Experience delivering technology change on large-scale technology delivery projects.
- Ability to lead in a delivery-focused environment.
- Experience working with stakeholders at different project levels.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
- Expertise in ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with financial products and markets.
- Understanding of web services.
- Familiarity with code analysis or automated testing tools.
Responsibilities
- Create user-story definitions and acceptance criteria with analyst testers.
- Define designs for features and user stories.
- Design fit-for-purpose end-to-end solutions.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure solutions meet technical specifications.
- Design and build APIs and external system interfaces.
- Translate financial business requirements into secure, high-availability systems.
- Design and implement financial user interfaces and interactive tools.
- Build secure, reusable, maintainable, and performant solutions.
- Build high-complexity features end-to-end.
- Contribute to global technical strategy projects.
- Follow code-management, review, coding, naming, and security standards.
- Write automated unit tests and perform manual testing.
- Perform code reviews.
- Mentor new starters and provide training.
- Support the project lead developer and act as squad lead when required.
- Analyze, design, maintain, test, and support ETL workflows for data migrations.
