You will support developers using client and internal tools, APIs, and protocols. You will respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, create lightweight resources, and share recurring issues and feedback.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting or engaging technical users or communities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for a developer audience
• Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, or developer tools
• Experience with developer communities or technical content creation is a plus
