About the Role
You will own technical onboarding for market makers and institutional partners, from their first API call through live trading. You will troubleshoot production issues across the CLOB, WebSocket feeds, RFQ gateway, and SDKs; create and maintain integration documentation and Python and TypeScript samples; proactively monitor integrations; and turn partner feedback into actionable input for product and engineering.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience integrating or debugging production trading or exchange APIs using REST and WebSocket
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Ability to write integration samples, debug partner code, and read Rust or TypeScript
- Strong technical communication skills
- Experience owning partner or client technical relationships end to end
- Understanding of electronic trading fundamentals, including order types, market data feeds, execution mechanics, and latency-sensitive systems
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding for market makers and institutional partners across the CLOB, WebSocket feeds, and RFQ gateway
- Serve as the primary technical contact after onboarding, triage issues, debug production integrations, and coordinate fixes with engineering
- Write and maintain integration guides, code samples, and SDK documentation
- Monitor active partner integrations and surface issues proactively
- Translate partner bugs, feature requests, and API pain points into actionable input for product and engineering
- Build and maintain usable Python and TypeScript code samples
- Act as a technical bridge between trading firms and internal engineering
