About the Role
You will create and maintain agentic training materials, code examples, and documentation for Inkling and Tinker. You will support developers and researchers by debugging issues and gathering feedback. You will turn community patterns into product improvements, build demos and integrations, create technical content, represent the products through public events, and help shape the developer-experience roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer experience, or software engineering with open-source or community-facing work
- Software engineering experience shipping production-quality Python code
- Experience fine-tuning, evaluating, or deploying large language models
- Experience with supervised and reinforcement learning fine-tuning of LLMs
- Experience with post-training and improving model capability
- Experience contributing to, maintaining, or growing open-source software libraries
- Experience creating tutorials, cookbooks, or technical content
- Experience with public talks, livestreams, conferences, or meetups
- Knowledge of multimodal models and training, fine-tuning, and inference tradeoffs
Responsibilities
- Write, test, and maintain agentic training materials, code examples, and documentation
- Debug issues and gather feedback from developers and researchers
- Turn community feedback into improvements to models, Tinker, and post-training recipes
- Build demos, integrations, and tools for model adoption
- Represent the products through blog posts, talks, tutorials, livestreams, and events
- Help shape the developer-experience roadmap
