About the Role
You will build and run developer community programs, ambassador networks, technical events, and university initiatives. You will create developer-facing resources, manage community platforms, collect product feedback, measure program outcomes, and partner across product, engineering, and go-to-market work.
Requirements
- Technical background with professional coding experience or a computer science degree
- 2+ years of experience in developer relations, community management, technical evangelism, or a related technology role
- Experience planning and executing technical events, workshops, or community programs
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into approachable content
Responsibilities
- Scale the developer ambassador program
- Plan and execute hackathons, meetups, demo days, and conference activations
- Build university ambassador networks, workshops, and partnerships
- Create tutorials, demo scripts, and workshop materials
- Synthesize developer feedback and surface product insights
- Manage community platforms and channels
- Align community programs with product launches and priorities
- Track program metrics and improve programs based on results
