About the Role
You will provide end-user support in the Chicago corporate office and exchange floors. You will build, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and managed servers. You will provision users and access, support conference-room technology, automate administration tasks, and evaluate hardware and software solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of MEMCM/SCCM administration experience or similar experience
- Application packaging and management knowledge
- Windows 10 configuration and support experience
- Group Policy management knowledge
- PowerShell experience
- Project management ability
- Mobile device management experience
- Intune management experience
- macOS or Linux support experience
- Windows Server and Active Directory support experience
- Scripting or low-level programming experience
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support in the Chicago corporate office and exchange floors
- Build, configure, and upgrade workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade desktop managed servers
- Provision user accounts, mobile devices, VPN access, and directory permissions
- Support conference-room technologies
- Automate repetitive system administration tasks
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software technologies or solutions
