About the Role
You will lead design management across the build portfolio, overseeing design deliverables, consultants, and review cycles. You will set and enforce site design schedules, run constructability and cost reviews, and connect field RFI trends to design improvements.
Requirements
- Experience leading design management for large industrial or mission-critical programs with multiple firms
- Experience holding design firms to aggressive schedules
- Ability to identify cross-discipline design gaps
- Experience building design review processes
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-wide design deliverables, consultants, and review cycles
- Set site design schedules and hold architect and engineer of record firms accountable
- Run design reviews for constructability, cost, and reference-design conformance
- Connect field RFI trends to design fixes
