About the Role
You will own the interaction paradigm from research and low-fidelity sketches through polished production interfaces. You will design intuitive experiences for complex molecular-biology workflows, create visual interfaces, build front-end code, and communicate design decisions to cross-functional audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing exceptional products
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex tools for domain experts
- Ability to move from sketches and Figma to interactive prototypes and production front-end code
- Experience designing AI-first products
- Ability to communicate design decisions and synthesize complex science
- Ability to listen and incorporate ideas and details into the work
