About the Role

You will work with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, identify high-impact use cases, and deploy AI agents into production. You will own engagements from discovery and commercial structuring through delivery, build demos, guide agent design and orchestration, and present results to technical and executive audiences. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers, translate customer workflows into AI solutions, and ensure deployments achieve measurable outcomes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
Basic proficiency in Python
Familiarity with API integration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
Technical aptitude and familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

Responsibilities

Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to deliver them
Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
Feed field insights to research teams to shape the roadmap
Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers
Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to deliver production agents and measurable outcomes
