Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Basic proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to summarize complex technical concepts and use logic to pursue optimal solutions.
• Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability across customer environments and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Identify use cases through engagement with customer problems and workflows.
• Work with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke customer integrations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
• Present work results and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products and AI models.
• Build and deliver demos of voice and audio AI technology.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal technology implementation.
