About the Role
You will own customer engagements from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery. You will conduct blockchain investigations, build custom workflows and analytical tools, advise customers on investigative and operational objectives, deliver training and technical briefings, support strategic pre-sales work, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve solutions.
Requirements
- Experience conducting or directly supporting cryptocurrency investigations blockchain intelligence work or financial crime analysis
- Deep familiarity with BTC ETH stablecoins DeFi and on-chain investigative data
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in complex environments
- Experience working with law enforcement national security intelligence compliance financial crime or security-focused customers
- Ability to build insights from large or complex datasets and communicate findings to varied audiences
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Excellent English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building notebooks dashboards and analytical workflows
- Understanding of data modelling querying and large datasets
- Ability to develop expertise in Chainalysis data structures schemas and products
- Substantive knowledge of at least one relevant investigation compliance fraud security tax or private-sector risk domain
- Understanding of customer workflows regulatory environments and success measures
- Ability to apply domain expertise to investigations solution design and customer advisory
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products is preferred
- Law enforcement intelligence or military investigations experience is preferred
- Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings is preferred
- Familiarity with BSA AML sanctions screening MiCA or the Travel Rule is preferred
- Experience with Databricks Snowflake or cloud-based analytics is preferred
- Published research intelligence products or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer engagements from discovery through ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations using tracing OSINT and analytical techniques
- Translate customer investigative intelligence compliance and operational objectives into actionable outcomes
- Design build and maintain custom workflows notebooks dashboards queries and data models
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently
- Advise customers as a technical and domain expert
- Deliver live training demonstrations investigative walkthroughs and technical briefings
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex strategic deals
- Collaborate with Product Engineering Global Intel and Sales to improve offerings
- Share investigative techniques domain expertise and best practices
