About the Role
You will serve as the on-site link between field operations and engineering at data-collection sites. You will commission and test robots, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, lead deployment logistics, support operators and technicians, document recurring issues, and provide site-health updates.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in automotive or industrial automation or robotics integration deployment and development
- Engineering degree
- Ability to work hands-on with electromechanical systems
- Experience with stakeholder management and customer success
- Experience transitioning products from design to pilot to commercialization
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
- Willingness to travel frequently to collection sites
Responsibilities
- Support engineering deployment at data-collection sites
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting coaching
- Commission and test robots at customer sites
- Track and analyze collections and perform coding and debugging
- Triage hardware and software issues and drive fixes to resolution
- Plan deployment logistics for robotic systems
- Lead site operations with robot operators and technicians
- Produce site-health summaries and communicate recurring issues and trends
