About the Role
You will lead technical customer deployments from activation through adoption. You will identify use cases, support integrations, build relationships with engineering teams, implement requested features, and turn customer feedback into product-roadmap input.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field
- Successful enterprise deployment experience in GTM or forward deployed engineering roles
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics with customers
- Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Exceptional ability to learn
Responsibilities
- Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation
- Identify customer technical challenges and suitable use cases
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to support integration and adoption
- Implement requested features and advocate for customer needs
- Use customer feedback to inform the product roadmap
