About the Role
You will work with engineers to understand workflows, identify high-impact use cases, and deploy software in production environments. You will lead demos and pilots, support integrations, drive adoption, address customer issues, and incorporate customer feedback into product direction.
Requirements
- Fluency or native proficiency in Portuguese
- Strong engineering foundation
- Exceptional performance track record
- Self-direction and prioritization ability
- Communication skills with senior engineers and executives
- Ability to work in ambiguous and high-intensity environments
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
Responsibilities
- Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation
- Identify customer technical challenges and suitable use cases
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to support integration and adoption
- Implement requested features and advocate for customer needs
- Use customer feedback to inform the product roadmap
