About the Role
You will own the technical direction and success of strategic customer accounts and deployments. You will scope solutions, build integrations and product extensions, maintain enterprise deployments, debug escalated issues, and translate customer needs into requirements for product engineering.
Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation
- Cross-functional experience
- Government or government-focused company experience
- Python, TypeScript, or similar programming proficiency
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases
- Experience scoping and shipping features with product and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Provide technical depth across strategic customer accounts
- Own the technical direction and success of customer accounts and deployments
- Translate customer pain points into requirements, solutions, and implementation
- Connect federal go-to-market and product engineering functions
- Build product extensions and integrations using APIs and platform primitives
- Architect and maintain complex enterprise deployments
- Resolve escalated technical issues through debugging and architectural judgment
