About the Role
You will translate early-stage sales ideas and go-to-market requirements into clear user stories and workflows in Jira. You will help iterate on mockups and prototypes, use approved AI tools to accelerate documentation and user-flow creation, manually validate complex IAM features, coordinate feedback between developers and sales stakeholders, and keep prototypes ready for live demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bring 2–5 years of experience in business analysis technical support or systems analysis
- Structure early-stage business inputs into logical data flows and step-by-step user journeys
- Test application behavior across platforms mobile devices and browsers
- Have practical experience using generative AI
- Familiarity with identity and access management or cybersecurity is advantageous
- Experience crafting context-driven prompts is advantageous
- Experience in sales sales engineering or customer-facing technology roles is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Translate sales stories and go-to-market requirements into developer-ready user stories and workflows in Jira
- Drive rapid prototyping through storytelling visual mapping mockups and functional prototypes
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate documentation and user-flow creation
- Perform manual validation of complex IAM features including mobile push and biometric verification flows
- Coordinate feedback between developers and sales stakeholders to maintain demo readiness
- Monitor sales and sales engineering processes and advocate improvements
