About the Role

You'll help tell the story of what Metabase does and why it matters, working at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to translate complex capabilities into compelling narratives. You'll build and run a pipeline of experiments across channels like paid social, newsletters, community platforms, email, digital events, and conference sponsorships. You'll design each test with a clear hypothesis, success metrics, and a timeline for learning, and you'll identify new channel opportunities to invest in. You'll own campaign execution end-to-end, from briefing copy and creative to coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to hitting launch dates. You'll manage budgets, define KPIs before every program launches, build dashboards that make performance visible, and synthesize results into clear learnings that make each new test smarter than the last.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment with clear ownership of performance outcomes
  • A structured experimental mindset with ability to define success before starting and isolate variables for clean signal
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels such as Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn or similar, email platforms, and campaign reporting tools
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate copy, creative, approvals, and launch logistics across multiple programs
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to write playbooks for channels without one
  • Strong written communication skills for briefing creative and synthesizing learnings
  • Bonus: experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers, data engineers, analysts
  • Bonus: familiarity with the data and analytics tools landscape

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of experiments across channels such as paid social, newsletters, community platforms, email, digital events, and conference sponsorships
  • Design each test with a clear hypothesis, defined success metrics, and a realistic timeline for learning
  • Identify and evaluate new channel opportunities and build the case for where to invest next
  • Stay close to where target audiences spend their time and bring creative ideas for reaching them
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end including briefing copy and creative, coordinating stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and hitting launch dates
  • Run programs across formats such as newsletter sponsorships, Reddit and Meta ad campaigns, retargeting, closed-lost re-engagement, digital events, and conference sponsorships
  • Work closely with the PMM and content teams to ensure messaging is sharp, on-brand, and tailored to the channel and audience
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend across the portfolio based on performance and learning goals
  • Define KPIs for every program before it launches and hold accountability to them
  • Build and maintain dashboards that make campaign performance visible to stakeholders
  • Synthesize results into clear actionable learnings on what worked what didn't and what to do next
  • Develop a compounding library of learnings that makes each new test smarter than the last
