About the Role

You will provide virtual health coaching to pregnant patients and new mothers throughout pregnancy and postpartum. You will deliver one-to-one and group education, support patient engagement, and help patients follow recommended care and tracking protocols.

Requirements

• Hold a DONA Birth, CD, or CBE, ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certification.
• Demonstrate strong communication and conversational skills.
• Have experience with web and mobile technologies.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have unrestricted and independent authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Care Delivery manager to execute weekly patient-engagement and coaching protocols.
• Ensure engagement and participation among pregnant patients and new mothers.
• Ensure patients follow recommended care and tracking protocols defined by healthcare providers or the organization.
