About the Role
You will design and implement on‑chain and algorithmic trading strategies and build and maintain the core microservices and backend infrastructure that drives the trading engine. You will work across multiple code bases and languages, perform programmatic statistical and quantitative analysis, and engage with blockchain mechanics such as the EVM and smart contracts (Foundry). You will develop on Linux, use Git for version control, collaborate closely with experienced traders and developers, and continuously learn about protocol microstructure and design mechanisms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or Rust or Go
- Comfortable working on Linux environments
- Experience with Git version control
- Programmatic statistical analysis and quantitative skills
- High-level understanding of high-frequency market making strategies
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and EVM mechanics
- Familiarity with smart contract development and the Foundry toolkit
- Passion for learning protocol microstructure and design mechanisms
