You will build production software that turns hiring, finance, capital, contract, and accounting workflows into structured, automated systems. You will work directly with business experts, design solutions independently, ship code, and create tools that support closing books, releasing capital, managing contracts, and onboarding hires.

Responsibilities
- Build software for hiring workflows, interviewer capacity, and onboarding
- Create cash forecasting, payment scheduling, and capital pipeline systems
- Parse contracts into structured obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs
- Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams
- Turn approvals, contract terms, screens, and reconciliations into generated work
