About the Role
You will define, design, and architect liquid cooling infrastructure for large-scale AI training and inference clusters. You will develop chassis-, rack-, and cluster-scale solutions, integrate CDUs, telemetry, controls, and leak detection, and establish resilient operating strategies with cross-functional engineering partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting cooling infrastructure for complex computing environments
- Knowledge of ASHRAE thermal guidelines, liquid-cooled IT environments, facility HVAC integration, and datacenter cooling practices
- Experience designing and operating single-phase liquid cooling systems
- Knowledge of fluid selection, glycol-water mixtures, dielectric fluids, corrosion inhibitors, material compatibility, and dry-break couplings
- Expertise in proof, burst, and leak testing; leak detection and mitigation; filtration; redundancy; and resilient cooling architectures
- Experience integrating flow, temperature, and pressure sensors with monitoring and control systems
- Experience defining operational rules and failure-response procedures for commercial CDUs
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Define and architect liquid cooling infrastructure for AI training and inference clusters
- Develop chassis-, rack-, and cluster-scale cooling solutions
- Integrate coolant distribution units, telemetry, controls, and leak detection
- Establish resilient cooling operating strategies and failure-response procedures
- Develop cooling architectures for internal and external customer deployments
