About the Role
You will lead analytics for credit and lending features by improving algorithms, building proofs of concept, and delivering data-driven solutions. You will develop research into scalable data products and collaborate with product, engineering, and data specialists to solve complex problems.
Requirements
- Experience building and leading a data science team in a scaling organization
- Expertise developing credit models
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics computer science engineering or another STEM subject
- Knowledge of Python SQL and production frameworks
- Familiarity with probability and statistics
- Experience productionizing research into scalable solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
