About the Role
You will design and operate data collection, loading, and processing pipelines for company-wide data use. You will connect diverse source data to the data warehouse, detect and improve data quality issues, and establish monitoring, alerting, and incident-response systems for stable data platform operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience directly designing, developing, and operating ETL pipelines
- Experience optimizing performance and responding to incidents in large-scale data environments
- Experience identifying and improving data consistency, quality, duplication, and omission issues
- Experience designing or operating monitoring, alerting, and reprocessing structures for data pipelines
- Experience with financial, fintech, trading, order, or settlement data
- Experience with Spark, Flink, Kafka, Kinesis, or MSK
- Experience operating Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks
- Experience with Iceberg, Delta Lake, or Hudi
- Experience with data quality monitoring, metadata management, or data lineage
Responsibilities
- Design and operate data collection, loading, and processing pipelines

- Detect and improve data loading delays, omissions, duplicates, and consistency errors
