About the Role
You will lead commercial sourcing and transaction execution for European data center capacity deals. You will manage RFPs, negotiate term sheets and LOIs, coordinate legal, finance, engineering, network, and government stakeholders, manage development activities, navigate country-specific requirements, and refine scalable transaction processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement experience
- Complex multi-stakeholder transaction management experience
- Term sheet, LOI, and commercial agreement negotiation experience
- Project management across legal, technical, finance, and operational teams
- RFP and competitive sourcing experience
- Knowledge of European data center and development markets
- Experience operating across multiple countries and legal frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Lead RFP and commercial sourcing processes for European data center deals
- Negotiate term sheets and manage LOI processes
- Coordinate commercial, technical, and legal requirements through transaction closure
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement and due diligence
- Provide transaction and leasing updates to auxiliary organizations
- Develop transaction timelines and identify closure risks
- Translate technical and operational needs into contractual terms
- Manage digital infrastructure development activities to a construction-ready state
- Navigate permitting, grid connection, and regulatory requirements
- Document and refine transaction processes and playbooks
- Partner on market, site, and counterparty prioritization
