About the Role

You'll join a growing cryptocurrency mining company at its Bitcoin mining facility in Christina Lake as a full-time Data Center Technician. You'll work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with an occasional weekend shift. You'll bring an interest in the cryptocurrency space and a willingness to learn about the company's goals and objectives, comprehending and completing daily and weekly tasks. You'll take initiative to solve problems and challenges as they arise, working both independently and as part of a team. You'll keep your work space clean and organized, respecting the work environment for the benefit of all employees. You'll use hand and power tools to complete a variety of construction-related tasks, and you'll prioritize safety to help maintain a safe workplace. Training will be provided if you don't already have experience.

Requirements

• Interest in the cryptocurrency space
• Ability to initiate problem-solving and be a motivated self-starter
• Well-organized and respectful of the work environment
• Knowledge and experience in construction, electrical or a related field is an asset
• Must have own vehicle and be able to drive to and from the job site
• Able to lift 40 lbs. or more
• Ability to work in a team setting and independently
• Ability to use hand and power tools for construction-related tasks
• Safety-conscious
