About the Role

You will coordinate break-fix activities across data centers, monitor ticket queues and SLA performance, and work with technicians, vendors, and engineering groups. You will maintain hardware and RMA records, manage maintenance activity, escalate outages, report operational status, and identify hardware-failure trends.

Requirements

• Experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or hardware support
• Knowledge of server, storage, and networking hardware
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
• SLA management and incident escalation knowledge
• Excel, reporting dashboard, and inventory tracking proficiency
• Enterprise or hyperscale data center experience preferred
• Remote hands and vendor management knowledge preferred
• ITIL and change-management knowledge preferred
• CompTIA Server+, Network+, or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Track and manage break-fix incidents across data centers
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate technicians, remote hands teams, vendors, and engineering groups
• Maintain records of failed hardware, replacements, RMAs, and repairs
• Escalate critical outages and recurring infrastructure issues
• Schedule and oversee maintenance windows and emergency repairs
• Provide operational status reports and incident summaries
• Follow operational procedures and change-management policies
• Identify hardware-failure trends and recommend improvements
