About the Role
You will own architectural work from concept through permitting and construction completion. You will develop design standards and drawing packages, lead campus planning and building-envelope design, manage external architects and engineers, and ensure compliance with applicable building, fire, and accessibility codes.
Requirements
- Data center or mission-critical facility architectural experience
- Management of external architects and engineers through full design lifecycles
- IBC, IFC, occupancy, egress, and fire-rated assembly knowledge
- Owner-side design standards, prototype specifications, or basis-of-design experience
- FM Global envelope and life-safety design knowledge
Responsibilities
- Own architectural workstreams across multi-site development projects
- Develop architectural basis-of-design documents, drawing packages, and master specifications
- Lead master planning and campus layout
- Own building-envelope design and FM Global compliance
- Manage external architects and engineers through full design lifecycles
- Lead permitting strategy and ensure compliance with IBC, IFC, NFPA, state codes, and ADA
