About the Role
You build LLM-powered systems and data agents that improve internal decision-making. You analyze customer lifecycle and revenue data, define KPIs, evaluate and refine AI models, maintain production applications through CI/CD pipelines, manage senior stakeholders, and translate complex concepts into business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering or a combined data analytics and AI role
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Python experience
- Experience with LLMs prompt engineering fine-tuning and model evaluation pipelines
- Experience with GitLab or GitHub CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to scope problems and manage stakeholder relationships independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in the NYC office approximately three days per week
- Knowledge of Snowflake MCP database agents and semantic views or YAMLs
- Experience with dbt
- Familiarity with digital assets fintech or Web3
