About the Role

You will analyze product and business data to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making. You will define and monitor KPIs, build dashboards and visualizations, design and evaluate A/B tests, and develop data warehouses and data marts. You will document analysis, educate stakeholders, and collaborate across product, business planning, marketing, and sales.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Expertise in statistics, including correlation, causation, and statistical tests
• Ability to design, validate, visualize, and report A/B tests
• Ability to generate insights that measure business goals and identify opportunities
• Ability to build trust and relationships with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and executives to support data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights
• Analyze data to answer stakeholder questions and recommend product and feature improvements
• Design product KPIs, create and maintain dashboards, and monitor relevant data
• Contribute to data-driven processes through knowledge sharing, rule creation, stakeholder support, education, and documentation
• Create and maintain interactive visualizations from multiple data sources
• Collaborate with product, business planning, marketing, and sales teams on analytical projects
• Design and build data warehouses and data marts for responsible products
• Promote a data-driven culture, improve experimental design, and contribute to best practices
