About the Role
You will contribute to security assessments for new and existing products. You will help design and implement secure boot processes for embedded devices, partner with hardware engineers on HSM integration, and support encryption, key management, and cryptographic operations. You will collaborate across software, hardware, QA, and product to integrate security throughout development.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Graduate by December 2026 or Summer 2027
- Coursework, internship, research, or project experience in cybersecurity or embedded systems
- Understanding of cryptographic principles, protocols, and algorithms
- Proficiency in C, C++, or Python
- 1+ year of experience in any field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Contribute to security assessments for existing and new products
- Support secure boot design and implementation for embedded devices
- Partner with hardware engineers to integrate HSM solutions into embedded systems
- Support encryption, key management, and cryptographic operations
