About the Role
You'll be based in Niamey and join Wave's global team to deliver the best possible customer experience. You'll serve as the primary customer contact, handle inquiries and complaints, maintain knowledge of Wave products, provide solutions through active listening, and contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and Haoussa
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable position, such as call center or customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong interpersonal and client-oriented skills
- Teamwork spirit and diplomatic communication
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing world-class service and support
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs
- Handle complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wave products
- Use active listening to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
