About the Role
You will own the post-sale customer relationship, guiding clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will run regular business reviews, deliver tailored product training, monitor engagement and health metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support to resolve issues. You will document account activity in CRM and help clients understand blockchain analytics, compliance workflows, and platform best practices.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Russian fluency
- Kazakh language skills are a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English written and spoken
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success Account Management or client-facing roles in fintech SaaS or compliance technology
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals cryptocurrency markets or financial crime compliance (AML KYC)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive organised and data-driven approach to managing a portfolio of accounts
- Comfortable working in a remote-first fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Conduct regular business reviews and client check-ins to monitor health and usage
- Serve as the voice of the customer and coordinate with Product Sales and Support to resolve issues
- Deliver tailored training sessions and product walkthroughs for clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to convert them
- Monitor engagement metrics and proactively address churn risk
- Assist clients in understanding blockchain analytics concepts and compliance workflows
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions account plans and health scores in CRM
