About the Role

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for existing customers, guiding them through implementation, integration, and ongoing use of VulnCheck intelligence. You will help customers embed intelligence into security workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, deliver training and architecture guidance, and improve adoption and measurable outcomes over time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical cybersecurity role
• Experience supporting public sector or government entities
• Understanding of vulnerability management and threat intelligence
• Knowledge of incident response, SOC operations, and vulnerability management workflows
• Ability to develop and maintain Python scripts
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON data models
• Experience building or learning integrations and workflows in SIEM, SOAR, TIP, or similar security tools
• Experience providing technical mentorship, enablement, or customer guidance
• Familiarity with Go programming language is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the technical post-sales relationship for a portfolio of customers
• Lead customer onboarding, deployment, and adoption of VulnCheck solutions
• Provide technical consulting on operationalizing data in SIEM, TIP, SOAR, data lake, and internal tools
• Design, build, and troubleshoot custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using APIs, SDKs, and datasets
• Diagnose and resolve API, data fidelity, performance, and integration architecture issues
• Deliver training, architecture reviews, best-practice guidance, and optimization recommendations
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities
• Support renewal and expansion by helping customers achieve measurable value
• Help customers operationalize exploit and vulnerability intelligence across security workflows
• Enable customers to become self-sufficient users of VulnCheck technology
