About the Role
You will work directly with customers to scope, deploy, test, maintain, and support robotic automation systems. You will design technical solutions, guide product adoption, communicate outcomes across stakeholders, shape product feedback, and travel within North America for customer engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience delivering industrial automation solutions into production.
- End-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems.
- Professional software development proficiency in C++ and/or Python.
- Professional English fluency.
- Willingness to travel frequently within North America.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to progress engagements against shared goals.
- Conceptualize industrial robotic automation solutions and scope production delivery paths.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software using the product.
- Guide customers in applying the product effectively.
- Own communication across internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Shape the product roadmap through customer feedback.
- Travel domestically in North America to support customer engagements.
