About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and applications through phone, chat, and email. You will educate customers, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct video notary sessions, coordinate with vendors, and contribute insights that improve customer experience and processes.
Requirements
- Reside in the state of Hawaii
- Have 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Obtain Hawaii MLO licensing within 60 days of hire
- Complete required compliance training
- Follow security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact and advocate for customers
- Handle customer inquiries and process applications through omnichannel communication
- Educate customers about Figure and its products
- Provide customer support through phone, chat, and email
- Gather insights and support process improvements
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct video notary sessions and coordinate with vendors
- Participate in training and licensing programs
