About the Role
The Customer Success Agent will support customers while maintaining high compliance standards. The role involves customer support, onboarding, account troubleshooting, application review, documentation, process automation, and collaboration with product, sales, engineering, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, customer support or success, or sales/BDR preferred
- Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort handling sensitive information and exercising discretion
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work day shift PST or EST hours, 9am-6pm
Responsibilities
- Handle customer success and support operations
- Document and automate customer operation processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions via phone, email, and dashboard
- Troubleshoot account issues and guide customers through onboarding
- Review new customer onboarding applications
- Write FAQs and internal playbooks
- Manage inbound support tickets and calls
