About the Role
You will serve as a key contact for customers, providing information about financial products and helping them use the online platform independently. You will manage calls and live web chats, identify appropriate solutions, meet quality standards, complete training, and suggest service improvements.
Requirements

- Proficiency with telephony and computer systems

- Customer service or contact-centre experience is advantageous
- Financial-services experience is desirable but not essential
