About the Role
You will lead, coach, and develop a customer-facing support team. You will manage performance against qualitative and quantitative goals, guide employees through change, resolve escalated questions about stock trading and market mechanics, and provide expertise on investment accounts.
Requirements
- Active FINRA licensing
- Prior leadership experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager with a record of results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of equities, corporate actions, and retirement accounts
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop customer experience professionals against qualitative and quantitative performance metrics
- Cultivate an inclusive team culture aligned with company values
- Guide the team through organizational change with clear communication
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries related to stock trading, corporate actions, and market mechanics
- Provide investment-topic expertise on custodial accounts, IRAs, brokerage accounts, and investor education
