About the Role
You will work directly with developers and ML engineers to debug, optimize, and architect workloads. You will ship production fixes and features, build scalable support tooling, turn customer feedback into improvements, and create technical content and open-source contributions.
Requirements
- Experience in low-level infrastructure or ML and AI engineering
- Knowledge of operating systems, file systems, networking, performance profiling, cluster management, and distributed systems
- Experience training models, optimizing inference, working with GPUs, or building ML infrastructure
- Automation mindset
- Ability to explain systems issues, write bug reports and documentation, and collaborate internally
Responsibilities
- Fix bugs, build features, and create automation that improves the user experience
- Help developers and ML engineers debug, optimize, and architect workloads
- Design tooling, dashboards, and automated workflows for scalable support
- Translate customer patterns into documentation fixes, API changes, and feature proposals
- Write examples, build demos, and publish technical content
- Contribute production code alongside core platform engineers
