You will work directly with customer engineers to design and implement production agent systems. You will improve reliability, evaluations, monitoring, and scaling, then turn recurring challenges into framework improvements, performance fixes, and new primitives.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating AI systems in production
- Ability to move from implementation details to system-level thinking
- Knowledge of developer ergonomics
- Ability to collaborate hands-on with customers and design foundational platforms
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer teams building agent systems
- Design and implement agents alongside customer engineers
- Improve reliability, evaluation strategies, monitoring, and scaling approaches
- Help teams move from prototypes to durable systems
- Train and upskill customers
- Share patterns and best practices across accounts
- Turn recurring customer challenges into open-source improvements
- Fix reliability and performance issues
- Ship new primitives and refine existing ones
- Contribute production insights to roadmap direction
