About the Role
You will own the cross-product platform strategy and integration roadmap. You will improve workflows, support customer and partner integrations, translate business needs into platform enhancements, and prioritize delivery with engineering. You will guide API and workflow practices, streamline accounting data flows, provide L2 incident support, and manage business releases.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Platform Owner, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar
- APIs, integrations, and system interoperability
- Customer or partner technical-integration support
- Business-requirement translation into technical solutions
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Analysis and problem-solving
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the cross-product platform strategy and integration roadmap
- Define and optimize workflows across products and services
- Align platform capabilities with business and customer needs
- Support customer and partner integrations through APIs and other technologies
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into platform improvements
- Prioritize and deliver platform enhancements with engineering
- Ensure a consistent, scalable, user-centric product experience
- Provide API, integration, and workflow-design guidance
- Enhance platform capabilities used by Operations
- Streamline accounting-related processes and data flows
- Provide platform expertise and L2 support for production incidents
- Manage business releases, including testing and release notes
