About the Role

You will help execute the CRM communication strategy and marketing initiatives at a leading gaming company. You will lead individual CRM projects from conception to completion, partner with product, engineering, and business teams, and build marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement. You will support CRM calendar management, execute automated and triggered campaigns, conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign data, and share actionable insights with leadership. You will contribute to QA across all CRM channels and become a systems expert across the marketing tech stack, handling email coding, campaign setup, deployment, and reporting within the full CRM lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management capabilities
  • Experience running and analyzing marketing campaigns in a gaming business environment
  • Knowledge of at least one email service provider (Braze, Xtremepush, and/or Movable Ink strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills using data to drive communication optimization
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Comfortable with querying and logic (SQL knowledge a plus)
  • Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • Advanced understanding of marketing communications metrics and player engagement patterns
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours including weekends and evening shifts

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage individual CRM projects from conception to completion
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify communication optimization opportunities
  • Build marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and high value actions
  • Define the customer marketing strategy and roadmap for engagement, retention, and reactivation goals
  • Support CRM calendar management and strategic planning of communications and campaigns
  • Execute automated and triggered marketing campaigns tailored to player behaviors
  • Develop communication personalization at scale across all marketing campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to extract key insights
  • Utilize campaign, channel, and client data to inform planning and recommend optimizations to leadership
  • Contribute to QA efforts on all CRM channels
  • Execute email coding, campaign setup, QA, deployment, channel optimization, and reporting within the full CRM lifecycle
