About the Role
You will build, quality-assure, and launch CRM campaigns and automated journeys across email, push, in-app, and SMS. You will run experiments, report on performance, manage stakeholder requests, ensure compliance, collaborate on campaigns, and document scalable CRM processes.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience building emails, push notifications, and customer journeys in Braze or a comparable enterprise CRM platform
- Knowledge of Liquid
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM engagement metrics, experimentation, control groups, and incrementality
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements
- Stakeholder management and project management skills
- Knowledge of AI tools
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, QA, and launch campaigns and automated customer journeys in Braze
- Support acquisition, welcome, lead-conversion, referral, and promotional communications
- Run A/B tests and control-group experiments
- Report on campaign performance and recommend journey improvements
- Work with Analytics on measurement and reporting
- Manage and prioritise stakeholder requests
- Ensure communications meet regulatory requirements and brand standards
- Review projects from a customer-experience perspective
- Collaborate on seasonal and go-to-market campaigns
- Create CRM documentation and playbooks
