About the Role

You deliver creative marketing campaigns and experiments for a consumer audio app. You develop creative concepts and workflows, launch testing programs across acquisition channels, analyze performance data, direct agency partners, and scale winning campaigns through AI-powered production systems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in performance creative, art direction, growth marketing, creative strategy, or design
Deep expertise with generative AI for image and video creation
Experience creating high-performing ads across major paid acquisition platforms
Experience with creative performance analytics tools such as Motion
Understanding of creative experimentation, performance marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization
Expert proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and modern AI creative tools
Exceptional visual taste
Understanding of user psychology and consumer marketing
Analytical and structured thinking
Ability to work independently from concept to launch

Responsibilities

Design creative systems, concepts, templates, mood boards, briefs, and AI workflows
Create static ad campaigns in Figma and ElevenLabs
Direct agency partners and provide creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and feedback
Create and launch creative testing programs across acquisition channels
Develop a structured creative roadmap with testing sprints
Design analytical frameworks to identify winning creative patterns
Research creative trends across competitors, consumer categories, and mobile apps
Iterate and scale winning campaigns
Improve the creative production pipeline through AI automation and reusable templates
Analyze creative performance using ad platforms and Motion
Improve creative quality while maximizing measurable business outcomes
