About the Role
You will manage country-level operations and drive projects from planning through delivery. You will create and maintain detailed project schedules, track financials and core metrics, and support execution of operational and strategic initiatives. You will identify growth opportunities, engage regulators and external partners, pitch in during deployments to ensure successful product delivery, and maintain vendor relationships. You will prioritize multiple projects, make data-informed decisions, and uphold quality and organizational standards while adapting plans as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or strong background in operations management, ideally within FinTech or financial industry
- Experience with an entrepreneurial venture (advantageous)
- Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycle
- Experience in business development and sales (advantageous)
- Experience speaking at events (advantageous)
- Ability to self-manage and identify worthwhile projects
- Energetic and resourceful with a results orientation
- Hunger to learn and proactive contribution mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- IT background, technical or non-technical (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of the FinTech industry (advantageous)
- Proven creative problem-solving ability
- Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience with regulator engagement
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
- Monitor financial standing and key metrics
- Assist the Executive Team in executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business
- Provide management with easily actionable core metrics
- Support product deployments and ensure successful delivery
- Attend events and build relationships with potential partners
- Maintain understanding of products and client base to implement campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Establish and enforce organizational quality standards
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results
