About the Role

You will design and operate corporate governance structures that support business expansion and new ventures, including concluding company management agreements, handling company incorporation procedures, reviewing approval authority, and improving committee operations. You will drive company-wide and group-wide projects, acting as PMO for corporate events such as investments, capital increases and reductions, and share transfers. You will plan and promote productivity improvement initiatives for consolidated management, such as unifying rules across group companies, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening collaboration between group companies. You will also manage subsidiaries, handling prior approval requests and various applications. You will work close to the executive team, gaining exposure to key management decisions and the company's direction, while building broad experience through company-wide corporate events and projects.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the business and a mindset to contribute to business promotion
  • Ability to execute work with both accuracy and speed
  • Ability to correctly understand principles and intent and make flexible decisions according to the situation
  • Experience with corporate decision-making processes such as approval committee secretariat work, project PMO, or ringi process improvement is preferred
