About the Role

Lead client management projects from opening to closing while ensuring compliant implementation. Manage regulatory requirements, contracts, legal and commercial risk, corporate governance, due diligence, onboarding, investee operations, billing workflows, compliance records, investor relations, and team supervision. The role is fully remote and requires secure work from the contractor’s own Apple Mac device and private Wi-Fi.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related regulatory, compliance, or risk experience is desirable but not required.
• Foundational knowledge of compliance regulations, AML, sanctions, and consumer risks.
• Familiarity applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products.
• Mid-level to advanced knowledge of the crypto-economy.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Direct experience in due diligence and process design execution.
• Understanding of global securities law and strong business management skills.
• Excellent client services, investor relations, communication, judgment, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work securely and remotely using private Wi-Fi and an Apple Mac device only.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory requirements and provide contractual support.
• Assess regulations and establish company standards with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Privacy teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and cross-functional agreements.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate legal and commercial risks.
• Support corporate governance, Board matters, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead due diligence, onboarding, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, supervise, and train junior team members and internal stakeholders.
• Lead investee meetings and manage operational enquiries, billing, and commissions.
• Maintain compliance and CPD records and respond to CIMA information requests.
• Manage investor relations, client services queries, complaints, and support tickets.
